Toolification: making repeated routines fast and stable.
SCENARIO
Turning repeated manual reading and reporting into tools
Typical scene: a lab manually segments audio/video weekly and compiles reports — slow and inconsistent. Following "requirements → prototype → development → testing → delivery", we turn such routines into reusable tools. Xu Fan's personal CV lists audio-segmentation registrations; no verifiable certificates or rights-holder records exist, so these CV entries are not evidence of company software assets, delivered systems or clinical functions.
Processes to solve
- Describe status quo & time sinks
- Provide sample data
- Runtime environment
System pipeline
- Requirements & prototyping
- Development & unit testing
- Trial run & tuning
Deployment & delivery
- Software/scripts + manual
- Source & docs delivered as agreed
- Training & handover
Maintenance boundaries
- Warranty & response as agreed
- no medical-device registration implied

Green boxes mark algorithm-labelled valid segments (S1/S2 or respiratory phases); actual interfaces and features follow project delivery.
Scope note The wireframe above is a demonstration, not a delivered client system; software development excludes medical-device registration and clinical-diagnosis commitments. CV-listed registrations:CV software registration list (as recorded)。
